Dear All,

Today we’re announcing that a new update for Empire: Total War will shortly be entering its beta group phase.

We’ve spent the last few months listening to and acting on fan feedback on the battle AI in Empire, and this update has been designed to improve your experience.

This update seeks to reduce the occurrence of aggressive melee behavior in the AI armies, milling or ‘blobbing’ behavior during formation and the leapfrogging of units sometimes experienced.

It’s important to set expectations realistically with this update, where these issues occur they will be significantly reduced but not altoge...

Les rédacteurs de joystick ont reçus la beta de NTW qui ne contient que la campagne d'Italie, où il n'y a que 7 factions (France, Autriche, Lucques (Lucca), Toscane, Venise, Piemont-Sardaigne et états pontificaux.

Le rédacteur confirme que les pertes des soldats sont bien plus difficiles à combler que dans Empire (deux tours pour recruter des miliciens, je pense que ça doit être plus pour de l'infanterie de ligne ou de la cavalerie mais ce n'est pas précisé).

Il y a deux conditions pour qu'un régiment recouvre ses pertes. La première...
